Experience the rich tapestry of Hanoi- from historic sites to bustling markets, narrow side streets to friendly locals- as we wind our way through the city on vintage Vespa. The tour kicks off with a cup of coffee in the Old Quarter, followed by a ride through the maze of streets to St Joseph’s Cathedral for a photo stop.
We continue through Hanoi’s iconic narrow lanes, stopping to learn about the city’s traditional and modern art scene en route to Long Bien Bridge. Spanning the Red River, this iconic structure was built in the early 1900s and has survived dozens of bombings over the years. We’ll snap some photos and, weather permitting, take a thrilling ride across the bridge!
Next up is a fun drive past Hanoi’s largest lake to a vibrant marketplace for a short stroll. We then zip around to a smaller lake, visit a 400-year-old temple and see a B52 that was shot down in the city’s 1972 bombing raids. Back on the Vespas, we ride on to our last Insider’s stop- a memorable visit with a Hanoi local. Depending on the season, you’ll either meet with a charming kumquat farmer or a Vietnamese tea master before returning to your hotel.
