Day 1

Arrive at Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport by flight ... (Please kindly advise us of the arrival flight).

Meet our local tour guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi for check in (Check–in time is 14:00 hrs; early check–in is at surcharge).

The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 2

Morning Class : 09:00 – 13:30 (after finishing lunch)

Itinerary:

▪ Walk through the local market to buy ingredients 

▪ Get a fascinating glimpse into local culture with the guidance and sharing by our chefs 

▪ Arrive at Rose Kitchen 

▪ Enjoy welcome drink made of 100% natural herbs by Rose Kitchen’s recipe 

▪ Learn how to cook the real Vietnamese traditional food under the guidance of professional chefs 

▪ Enjoy your own cooking creation and numerous food 

▪ Taste unique and special local wines 

▪ Cooking Class ends.

Meet our local tour guide after the cooking class ends.  

Start the tour in the afternoon by the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam and the place dedicating to Confucian. After that, transfer to the West Lake, visit the oldest pagoda named Tran Quoc and Quan Thanh Temple. Continue driving to visit Hoan Kiem Lake and walking around the Old Quarter to experience the exciting local daily life of Hanoians. 

Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3

Transfer to Ha Long Bay for your cruise.

DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY

11:00 – 11:30: Arriving at Tuan Chau Marina– have check-in procedures at the waiting lounge. You can have special tea at the lounge with a warm welcome.

12:30: Transferred to the main boat by tender for about 30-45 minutes. Embark on 5Star Amanda Luxury Cruise.

Warmly welcome to the 5Star Amanda Luxury Cruise! While enjoying a welcome drink, our cruise manager will deliver a briefing and safety introduction. After that, you will check in your cabin.

13:00: Fabulous lunch is served while 5Star Amanda Luxury Cruise starts its sail into magnificent Ha Long Bay – an extension of HaLong Wonder which is much quieter and has fewer tourists. He will pass the famous Finger Islet, Candle Islet and thousands of uniquely shaped limestone towers and islands.

15:30: Joining the kayaking & swimming experience to explore the Tra Bau area – the famous filming location for Kong Skull Island (King Kong) in Quang Ninh in 2018

17:00 – 18:30: Back to 5Star Amanda Luxury Cruise and relax on the cruise. It’s time for Sunset in Lan Ha Bay.  There’s something magical about sunsets. It’s not only the colors but the feeling, the atmosphere, the temperature. The way you feel at a certain moment.  Enjoy our “Sunset Party” and “HAPPY HOUR” – Buy 02 get 01 drink

Cooking Demonstration is an onboard activity that helps passengers not only to sample fine cuisine but also learn more about Vietnamese culinary culture. Cruise Chef will show and guide you on how to make Vietnamese traditional dishes such as f fried spring rolls and enjoy the food you make yourself.

19:00: You enjoy a luxurious dinner on SUNDECK with a combination menu made from the freshest ingredients in a luxurious, sophisticated space with a blend of French neo-classical style. with traditional Asian features.

20:00 – 23:00: After dinner, you will enjoy the peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. Guests can also participate in evening activities such as herbal foot bath (free), bamboo dance, ethnic fashion show “Heritage Footsteps” and enjoy drinks at Sky Bar (chargeable). , massage (chargeable) and admire the peaceful scenery of Ha Long Bay at night and participate in the squid fishing program at the boat.

Day 4

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – HA LONG BAY – HANOI

06:00 – 07:00: Start your day with Tai Chi class on the sundeck.

In the morning on 5Star Amanda Luxury Cruise-Have light breakfast

5 Star Amanda Luxury Cruise continues to pass amazing karst towers. Tea, coffee, and a light breakfast are served with fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

07:15: We will visit the Dark and Bright cave – famous for the pristine natural beauty and poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. Here you will take some photos of the romantic, lyrical local see-sights. This is also the best time for tourists to enjoy bamboo boats or kayaking, which is an interesting activity to discover the truest beauty of the Limestone Mountains and the blue sky of Lan Ha Bay.

09:30: Back to the boat for check-out

09:45 – 10:00: During the time a well-prepared lunch is served, Our Cruises slowly navigates emerald water and thousands of Karst Mountains towards the Harbor.

10:45 – 11:30: Enjoy a delightful brunch at our restaurant while cruising back.

11:00 – 11:45: The transfer boat will take tourists back to the waiting room lot 12 of Tuan Chau wharf.

Transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your flight to Danang.

Day 5

Breakfast will be at the hotel.

We start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Scout Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town

• Visit Hoi An’s colorful main market, and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas. We will have the

opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.

• We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking

School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.

• On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s

and Vietnam’s best-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chefs, before we prepare the same dish ourselves.

Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).

After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

• Finish at approximately 12.30pm – transfer back to central Hoi An arriving approximately 1.00pm

After lunch at the cooking class, move to Hoi An ancient town and take a walking tour around visiting to the former merchants’ homes – Hoi An old town, the 400–year–old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colorful riverside market. You also see numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made–to–order clothes if you like, and Free to go shopping for some local souvenirs.

Day 6

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free at leisure until check out.

Transfer to Hue by private car (the time to take your there is approximately 3 – 4 hours)

The rest of the Rest of the day is free time for you to relax or explore by yourself. Accommodation at your hotel in Hue.

Day 7

Breakfast at the hotel.

08:00 - 08:15 AM: After breakfast, you will meet our tour guide and driver at the lobby. We will drive to visit Dong Ba market to get into the busy life of locals. Then take a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda - the oldest pagoda in Hue city, and enjoy the peace here.  

Continue to see Hue Imperial Citadel - The home of Vietnam's last royal dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty (1802 - 1945) 

Then, we will visit Hue Royal Antiques Museum - A collection of ornaments from the Nguyen dynasty. 

In the afternoon, we will visit an incense stick village to see how Hue people do incense stick and listen to the story of cultural feature indispensable in the thinking of Vietnamese 

Then, transfer to Minh Mang tomb -  a reflection of the Chinese architectural concepts, recommended sightseeing by its monuments, statues, gardens and especially the bridge over a Lake of lotus flowers which gives access to the Imperial Minh Mang tomb. 

And wrap your day with The Nguyen Emperor Khai Dinh's Royal Tomb - a unique tomb among the royal tombs in Hue, Vietnam. Where other royal tombs are expansive and invite respectful reflection, Khai Dinh built his final resting place to be monumental in style and bombastic in execution.  

05:30PM Return to the hotel.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 9

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – the network of over 200 km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens.  

After a short introduction video showing how the tunnels were constructed, you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside. 

Back to Ho Chi Minh city, and start city tour at the Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975. The grand building today is a Museum and Hall of official receptions. Nearby the Palace are the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only), built between 1877 and 1883 and colonial-styled Central Post Office, one of the city’s major landmarks.

Day 10

Breakfast will be at the hotel.

Head to My Tho, a province in Mekong Delta, the homeland of coconut and family factories with local products like coconut candy, rice paper, … Upon arrival, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River viewing the life to the local people who live along the banks.

We stop to visit an island in the area, enjoy the fresh tropical fruits served in the heart of the lush garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Later, embark on other small boats rowed by the local people through the small canals shadowed by water coconut trees to visit the local factories. There you will taste the honey tea and see the local people produce the coconut candy milk and of course you also can try it or stroll in the garden where the locals feed honeybees.

Day 11

This class is specially designed for those who want to learn about Vietnamese culture and the modern, authentic flavors of Vietnamese food. Join us on a gourmet journey where you'll experience a local Vietnamese market to buy ingredients, then join a cooking class to practice 
Market visit from 9am till 9:50 am

Experience the bustling energy of the Ben Thanh market as you accompany our Chef to handpick fresh ingredients for your culinary adventure. Then, ride back by taxi to our cooking class, where the magic begins.
Hands-on Cooking Class from 10 am till 1 pm

Get ready for an immersive culinary journey! Join our Cooking Class where the Chef leads you through Vietnamese cuisine at our cooking station. You’ll use your own tools and ingredients to create a tasty 3-course meal. No MSG allowed!

Enjoy Lunch at Cooking Class.

After lunch, transfer back to your hotel.
