3 Days Lang Co Bay Retreat

Day 1

Arrive at Phu Bai International Airport by flight ... (Please kindly advise us of the arrival flight).

Meet our local tour guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Danang for check in (Check–in time is 14:00 hrs; early check–in is at surcharge).

The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 2

Breakfast will be at the hotel.

On this day, you can relax or participate in these optional tours:

OPTION 1: HOI AN DAY TRIP WITH WALKING TOUR AND PRIVATE COOKING CLASS.

PRIVATE COOKING CLASS: 2.30pm to 7.00pm OR 3.30pm to 8.00pm

• Visit Hoi An’s colorful main market, and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas. We will have the

opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.

• We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking

School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.

• On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s

and Vietnam’s best-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chefs, before we prepare the same dish ourselves.

Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).

After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

After Dinner at the cooking class, move to Hoi An ancient town and take a walking tour around visiting to the former merchants’ homes – Hoi An old town, the 400–year–old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colorful riverside market. You also see numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made–to–order clothes if you like, and Free to go shopping for some local souvenirs.

OPTION 2: HAI VAN PASS AND BA NA HILLS

8:00hrs: Start from hotel for full day tour

Transfer from Hue, go along the Hai Van Pass with spectacular view.

Arriving Ba Na Hill, one of the most spectacular landscapes of Danang City. You will take a cable car to the summit of the mountain (at 1487m of sea level). Start visiting Ba Na Hill with many different attractions: Funicular, Debay ancient wine cellar & Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddhist statue, etc.

Lunch at the local restaurant.

This afternoon you continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later walk to the summit of the mountain at the height 1487m – the highest one of Ba Na Mountain, visit the Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong Tower, and Golden Bridge, to take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang City. Late afternoon, taking the cable car back to the foothill.  

Transfer back to your hotel. Time at leisure.  

Please note: Entrance fees to Debay ancient wine cellar, Wax Museum, cotton animal game and carnival skill at Fantasy Park is not included in my quotation, joining them will be at your own account.

OPTION 3: HUE CITY TOUR

08:00 - 08:15 AM: After breakfast, you will meet our tour guide and driver at the lobby. We will drive to visit Dong Ba market to get into the busy life of locals. Then take a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda - the oldest pagoda in Hue city and enjoy the peace here. 

Continue to see Hue Imperial Citadel - The home of Vietnam's last royal dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty (1802 - 1945) 

Then, we will visit Hue Royal Antiques Museum - A collection of ornaments from the Nguyen dynasty. 

In the afternoon, we will visit an incense stick village to see how Hue people do incense stick and listen to the story of cultural feature indispensable in the thinking of Vietnamese 

Then, transfer to Minh Mang tomb -  a reflection of the Chinese architectural concepts, recommended sightseeing by its monuments, statues, gardens and especially the bridge over a Lake of lotus flowers which gives access to the Imperial Minh Mang tomb. 

And wrap your day with The Nguyen Emperor Khai Dinh's Royal Tomb - a unique tomb among the royal tombs in Hue, Vietnam. Where other royal tombs are expansive and invite respectful reflection, Khai Dinh built his final resting place to be monumental in style and bombastic in execution.
