4 Days Biking in the North

Day 1

Arrive at Hanoi / Noi Bai International Airport by flight ... (Please kindly advise us of the arrival flight). Pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi for check in (Check–in time is 14:00 hrs; early check–in is at surcharge).

Upon arrival at the airport in Hanoi, transfer to the hotel in Hanoi.

In the afternoon, we start with a visit to the Temple of Literature (or alternatively, you may opt for one of Hanoi's museums such as Hilton Hanoi, Military Museum, Museum of History, Ethnology Museum). Then, transfer to West Lake to explore the oldest pagoda, Tran Quoc. Continue the journey to Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter, pass by Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge. Enjoy a cyclo tour around the Old Quarter to immerse yourself in the dynamic daily life of Hanoians. The tour concludes after indulging in a cup of coffee or tea at a genuine Hanoi corner cafe, offering an opportunity to engage with local residents and gain insights into the local lifestyle.

Day 2

Breakfast will be at the hotel.
Then hit the road for a scenic drive to Mai Chau – a valley that stretches wide, embracing stunning rice fields and framed by towering karst rocks. Indulge in an authentic lunch with a local restaurant and take some time to get to know the people at your own pace.

At 3:00 PM, hop on a bike and cruise along the smooth trails through the village and over the rice fields. Take in the tranquil scenery as you pedal along. In the evening, return to your hotel in Mai Chau

Day 3

Breakfast will be at the hotel.

Embarking on a drive to Nho Quan, where you'll spend the day exploring the lush and stunning countryside on bikes. Take a break then pedal through the enchanting trails of Cuc Phuong National Park. Keep cycling along peaceful country lanes and through vibrant green rice fields until you reach Tam Coc by late afternoon. Check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure, unwinding and taking in the tranquil surroundings.

Day 4

Breakfast at your hotel.

After breakfast, kick off your day the local way by rowing traditional sampans through the serene rice fields to explore the three caves in Tam Coc: Hang Ca, Hang Giua, and Hang Con. Enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of this unique experience.

Following the boat ride, indulge in a delicious lunch before hopping on your bike to journey to Bich Dong and visit the mountaintop pagoda. Take in the breathtaking views from this elevated vantage point.

Continue your bike adventure, cycling through charming local villages until you reach Hoa Lu. Explore the historic sites and soak up the atmosphere of this ancient capital.

As the day winds down, drive back to Hanoi in the late afternoon, reflecting on the memorable experiences of the day.
