Then, we will enjoy a boat trip to visit Thien Mu Pagoda - one of the most atmospheric and picturesque places in the former imperial capital on Huong river.
After enjoy the peace, we will continue our trip by visiting Imperial Citadel – the home of Vietnam's last royal dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty (1802 - 1945)
Wrap your morning trip by paying a visit to Hue Royal Antiques Museum - a collection of ornaments from the Nguyen dynasty.

08:00 - 08:15 AM: After breakfast, you will meet our tour guide and driver at the lobby. We will drive to visit Dong Ba market to get into the busy life of locals. Then take a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda - the oldest pagoda in Hue city, and enjoy the peace here.
Continue to see Hue Imperial Citadel - The home of Vietnam's last royal dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty (1802 - 1945)
Then, we will visit Hue Royal Antiques Museum - A collection of ornaments from the Nguyen dynasty.
Have a short rest for your lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will visit an incense stick village to see how Hue people do incense stick and listen to the story of cultural feature indispensable in the thinking of Vietnamese
Then, transfer to Minh Mang tomb - a reflection of the Chinese architectural concepts, recommended sightseeing by its monuments, statues, gardens and especially the bridge over a Lake of lotus flowers which gives access to the Imperial Minh Mang tomb.
And wrap your day with The Nguyen Emperor Khai Dinh's Royal Tomb - a unique tomb among the royal tombs in Hue, Vietnam. Where other royal tombs are expansive and invite respectful reflection, Khai Dinh built his final resting place to be monumental in style and bombastic in execution.

In the morning, at around 07.30 you will be picked up from your hotel. Set off your beautiful day with a 45-minute cruise on the poetic Perfume River. Along the way, make a stop to visit Thien Mu Pagoda – famous for its beautiful and ancient architectural structures of worship.
Continue your sightseeing tour in the Imperial Citadel. Take a walk in the Imperial city to explore its magnificent historical sites such as Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, the Forbidden city, Nine Urns, etc.
Take a short break at a local restaurant in Hue city with specialties of Hue. After lunch, continue your city exploration with a visit to Minh Mang and Khai Dinh Tomb to learn more about the kings of Vietnam in the past.
Transfer back to your hotel. End of service.
After breakfast, head out to Thanh Tien Paper Flower village to observe first-hand the local villagers making a traditional local paper flower. The people here used to live with this job a few decades ago that’s why it has become an indispensable part in their daily lives.
The flower papers here are dyed by saps and leaves instead of chemicals which help to retain lasting color. You could even join their activities and explore further their unique methods.
Around noon time, return to your hotel for a short rest and lunch on your own. Your afternoon trip will start with a drive to Tam Giang Lagoon.
Located 8 kilometers from Hue City center to Thuan An Beach, we will make a stop at Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area at Duong No Village, Phu Vang District, Thua Thien Hue. Here you can learn more about his life when he still studied and lived with his family. Duong No communal house, Ben Da, Am Ba engaged in his neighborhood.
Continue the drive 4 kilometers further to Thuan An, we make another stop at Ru Cha Mangrove Forest – the only remaining mangrove forest on Tam Giang Lagoon. Covering an area of around 4 ha, this special spot with a unique beauty is an amazing place to take in the natural landscapes and hunt some awe-inspiring picture. Take your time to soak up the tranquil vibe, you don’t even want to put your camera down.
As soon as we arrive in the pier of Chuon Lagoon- a part of Tam Giang Lagoon, start your sightseeing tour of one of the largest ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
Experience of the enticing activities with the locals: catching fish, rowing boat on your own, kayaking, or simply enjoying the breathtaking views at sunset.
A simple local meal will be served on board as you soak up in the breath-taking views of the landscape at sunset.

14:30: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel or at the meeting point in the city center and set out for an interesting journey to Chuon Lagoon.

18.00: The boat takes you back to the pier for a transfer back to Hue City. End of tour.
This morning, you will be collected at your hotel for a scenic cyclo tour around the city. In the first minutes, you will be taken to the south of Perfume River around the new Hue city. You will transfer through some main streets including Hoang Hoa Tham, Ly Thuong Kiet, Nguyen Hue, Ba Trieu, Nguyen Cong Tru, Le Loi. Afterwards, go over Truong Tien Bridge to pass the river and continue to explore the old Hue city through the roads such as Tran Hung Dao, Huynh Thuc Khang, Mia Thuc Loan, Dinh Tien Hoang, etc.
Your cyclo- driver will then take you to the Imperial Citadel to visit its historical sites including Flag Tower, Nine Holy Cannons, Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Nine Dynastic Urns, Forbidden Purple City, etc.
Continue your cyclo tour to explore the rest of the old Hue city through the roads such as Doan Thi Diem, Tinh Tam, Dinh Tien Hoang, Le Van Huu, Phung Hung, Thach Han, Nguyen Trai, Le Duan.
Ride back to your hotel. End of tour.
In the early morning, around 06.30 - 07.00, you will be collected from your hotel to Dong Ha town in Quang Tri. Along the way, there are some stops including Highway of Horrors, AI Tu Airfield which was considered the biggest airfield in the first tactics zone. Continue onto The Rockpile which is oen fo the most recognizable features in Northern Quang Tri Province.
Proceed to the Dakrong Bridge which is considered the beginning of the Ho Chi Minh Trail network leading you to Hamburger Hill and Ashao valley. The highlight of this morning is Khe Sanh Combat base - a United States Marine Corps outpost south of the Vietnamese Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) used during the Vietnam War. Drive back to Dong Ha for lunch on your own account.
In the afternoon, make your way to Gio Linh Firebase - a former U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army and Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) firebase north of Dong Ha in central Vietnam.
You then take a walk on the Freedom Bridge across the Ben Hai River. Continue driving past Cua Tung Beach which was once said to be “the best of best beaches”. The last stop in your history discovery is Vinh Moc Tunnels. The Vinh Moc tunnels are tunnels used by North Vietnam army to fight against the Americans during the Vietnam War and used by the civilian population to protect themselves from the American bombing.
Transfer back to Hue city. End of services.
In the morning, you will be picked up at the hotel to the meeting point where your bike awaits for a stunning cycling tour towards Thuy Bieu Eco - village. Along the way, make a stop at Nam Giao alter – the religious site in Hue where the Kings of Nguyen Dynasty offer sacrifices to the Heaven. Move onto Vong Canh Hill. It is not very beautiful; still, standing on the top of the hill, you can enjoy the panorama of Hue. Do not forget to bring your camera to take as many photos as you can.
Keep on your leisurely biking tour towards Thuy Bieu Village along verdant paths. Upon arrival, take a walk and bike ride around the village to get a true glimpse of the locals’ life. You also visit Luong Quan Temple where important ceremonies took place.
For further exploration, you could participate in farming activities with the local people and join a local traditional cooking class to get a closer look at the unique cuisine of the region.
Enjoy lunch at a charming setting of the Garden House with different specialties of Hue. Take your time to enjoy the fresh and tranquil atmosphere of the garden full of fruit trees.
In the afternoon, it’s time to say good bye to the friendly locals in the village to head back to the city. On the way back, make a stop at the relic of Ho Quyen - Arena of Tigers and Elephants and Voi Re- Screaming Elephants Altar.
